Ella (also known as Girl Underworld) is a neurodiverse illustrator based in Naarm/Melbourne. Diagnosed with autism as a young adult, her bright and colourful work often explores themes of space, flight, and adventure as storytelling tools to illustrate this journey of self-discovery. Combining both traditional handpainting and illustration techniques with digital elements, her artwork is dimensional, textural, and full of life.
