Mali Merttens is an illustrator and graphic designer with a passion for storytelling. Based in Perth, she is inspired to draw peaceful scenes in nature. After graduating from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Design, she has gained experience in book design and typesetting, working with Night Parrot Press to highlight the talent of Western Australian writers. She has also worked with the local youth magazine Pulch and is fortunate enough to be a part of the Tokyo Alley Convention committee, where she helps with graphic design. She enjoys illustrating for any age group and being able to stretch her imagination.
