Sarah Giddy is an emerging author/illustrator from rural NSW. Obsessed with all things book-related, she has been imagining stories and drawing characters ever since she was a preschooler. After moving to Sydney to study Visual Arts and Design in 2019, she graduated three years later with the Dean’s Award and an illustrated novel. In her art and writing, Sarah often focuses on the beauty of imagination and belonging. She is currently exploring a range of creative practices, from watercolour to digital illustration and picture books to middle-grade novels.
