Ella is a Sydney-based artist, passionate about bringing stories to life through children’s illustration and 2D animation. She loves bringing a sense of fun, imagination, and childhood wonder to her work, creating colourful, whimsical characters and worlds that she hopes will bring a smile to viewers of all ages. Through experimentation with different mediums, she achieves a blend of traditional and digital elements in her work. Ella holds an Honours degree in Design in Animation from UTS (2021) and her previous clients include Shawline Publishing, ABC and a variety of smaller businesses. Her animated works have been screened at Sydney Fringe Festival, Vivid, and The Microflix Film Festival. When Ella isn’t illustrating picture books or animating, she also loves teaching animation to primary school aged kids.
