Tilda is a Canberra-based illustrator and designer who plays across a range of traditional and digital mediums in search of new colour combinations and unexpected textures. She loves illustrating plants, animals and magical environments. She won the 2023 CYA aspiring illustrator competition and was a finalist in the 2021 and 2022 New England Writer’s Centre illustration prize. She has undertaken work in science illustration and design for places including the Australian National Botanic Gardens and Questacon. Tilda is currently finishing her double degree studying design and environmental science at the Australian National University.
